Band 3 Administrator - Prison Services

Keenan Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Magilligan Prison in Limavady for a band 3 Administrator. 

Hours: Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm. 

Pay: £12.31 per hour.

Criteria:

• 4 GCSE’s Grades A-C  to include English Language (or equivalent Qualification) plus 1year’s Secretarial /admin /clerical experience.

OR

• NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification) plus 1 year’s secretarial /admin /clerical experience.

OR

• 2 year’s secretarial /admin /clerical experience.

OTHER

• Experience in using Microsoft packages to include WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK.
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
